Return and Refund Policy
Digital files bought cannot be refunded due to their inherent properties. Downloadable / digital files may not be refunded.
By registering as a client and/or making a purchase, you agree to the payment method. No refunds are guaranteed after your payment has cleared. Once this purchase is made, it and all future payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. In rare cases a refund may be approved; it must be approved by your coach and by L.G. Fitness. By placing an order, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree, and accept, the terms of this refund policy.
Returns for any shipped products must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. All returns must be in their original condition and include proof of purchase. If they were damaged in shipping, please provide photo proof.
