Leanna "Lee" Grenier reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the website and all content. You, the user, agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the content other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of user submissions of third parties obtained through the website for any commercial purposes.

Digital files bought cannot be refunded due to their inherent properties.  Downloadable / digital files may not be refunded.

By registering as a client and/or making a purchase, you agree to the payment method. No refunds are guaranteed after your payment has cleared. Once this purchase is made, it and all future payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. In rare cases a refund may be approved; it must be approved by your coach and by L.G. Fitness. By placing an order, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree, and accept, the terms of this refund policy.

Returns for any shipped products must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. All returns must be in their original condition. If they were damaged in shipping, please provide photo proof.

All content, including text, graphics, images and information contained on or available through this website is for general information purposes only. Please check with your  physician before starting any  nutrition or exercise routine. By subscribing or booking coaching / program creation / etc., you agree and understand that all advice, tips and information you undertake are done so at your own risk. You acknowledge that you should always consult your physician or other qualified health professional before beginning any exercise program, experiencing an injury, need a diagnosis, or anything else out of the scope of practice of the coach(es). The provided information on this site, its products, or during coaching, is not intended to diagnose any medical condition or to replace your healthcare professional. If you experience any pain or difficulty with any exercises, discontinue immediately and consult your physician. A PAR-Q is required to ensure that you are ready for exercise; please answer it honestly for your own safety.

You should contact a physician if you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, lightheadedness or dizziness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath. Muscle soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise or program. Contact your physician if soreness does not cease after a reasonable time or is accompanied by other concerning symptoms such as dark urine. Any injury or medical condition should be handled by a medical doctor, physical therapist, or other qualified health professional.

Your coach is not responsible for anything that may happen during coaching or following a purchased plan; a waiver is required before coaching or program creation. All sales are final — there are no guaranteed refunds if you are not satisfied by the workout or any other service offered. The workouts are designed for private use only, and should not be published in any way. By booking, filling out an application, or submitting the required paperwork for online coaching, you certify your acceptance and acknowledgement of these terms and your commitment to submitting the necessary paperwork.

This website, lgfitness.com, respects your right to privacy. LF Fitness will not sell your email address or other identifying information to anyone. This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for lgfitness.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. LG Fitness is the sole owner of all information collected, used, and shared on the site, and only has access to information voluntarily provided. Your private information will not be shared with any third party entity outside of our organization without your permission.

Prices for products, digital services, etc., or any kind of service offered on lgfitness.com is subject to change without notice. I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of content thereof) without notice at any time. I am not liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service. I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service.
